*2.75% listing side commission only applies to residential properties under $700,000
Residential properties sold at $700,000 and above require a listing side 2.9% commission

In return, you agree to work with buyer’s agents and to pay them a commission for bringing you a ready, willing, and able buyer. You agree to pay the commission to the buyer agent who brings the buyer which ends up purchasing your property. This includes LOPEZ REAL ESTATE GROUP if we are the procuring agent for your buyer.
The commission is split between buyer’s agent at 2% and LOPEZ REAL ESTATE GROUP at 2.75% to cover the marketing, listing expenses
and brokering of your listing from contract to close.

Remember that the earned commissions for both sides of the transaction will be paid at closing from your sales proceeds.

NOTE for Residential properties UNDER $700,000:  If LOPEZ REAL ESTATE GROUP procures the buyer which closes on the sale of your home, then you receive an additional .5% discount and a total of 4.25% would be earned by our group to cover both sides of the transaction.

Residential properties OVER $700,000:  A 2.9% listing side commission applies + a 2% buyer agent commission.  If LOPEZ REAL ESTATE GROUP procures the buyer which closes on the sale of your home, then you receive an additional .4% discount and a total of 4.5% would be earned by our group to cover both sides of the transaction.
